2.How about sample policy? 

If we have the sample in stock and just general products,we would like to provide 3-5pcs free samples to you for testing the quality,and you only need to pay the freight fee.If we do not have the samples you want at hand,we need sample fee,as we will make the new brushes for you,normally it will take around one week.Then the sample fee will returned back after you place an official order to us.
